David Willson, Attorney at Law, is the owner of Titan Info Security Group. He recently completed a 20 year career with the U.S. Army as a JAG officer/attorney. The first half of his military career was spent as a prosecutor and defense attorney working in military and U.S. District courts. More recently he was involved in providing legal and policy advice to top levels of the Army and DoD in the areas of information technology, information security, computer network operations, space control, and international and operational law. At one point he was the legal advisor to the agency now called CYBERCOM at the National Security Agency (NSA). David is an authority on cyber operations and cyber security and the law.

David is licensed to practice law in Colorado, New York, and Connecticut, and holds the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). He is a member of and VP of his local ISSA chapter, InfraGard, and ISC2, and was previously an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Technical University teaching Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
